No-Skiving

Specially designed "Easy-Type"covering enhances anti-tearing performance, improves reflexive performance and increases more than 15% bending radius and make the hose free from skiving.

Improved Hose Reinforcement Layer

All "EASY-FIT, EASY FLEX" series hoses adopt improved high-tensile strength wires. Germany (for braided steel wire hoses) and American (for spiral wire hoses) equipment improves the tensile strength and working pressure and is much more superior to traditional hoses to satisfy most of hydraulic system requirements.

Crimping Technology
  • Using Fast-crimping technology to eliminate complicated skiving process and directly crimping to increase 30% crimping efficiency.
  • Avoid failure of the hoses caused by insufficient skiving or excessive stripping.
  • Free from skiving process and protect reinforcement steel wire from being damaged.
  • The ferrule bites firmly with outer covering, reliable sealing and no leakage.
  • Crimping parameters can be supplied for reference. All data are through repeated verification.
