Recently, a group of outstanding students from the Department of Economics and Management at Hengshui University were warmly received by Anna Nian, Head of the Operations Center at DME&JDE Group, for an insightful visit to the group’s hose division—Hengshui Jidier Special Hose Co., Ltd. During the event, the students not only observed the company’s production processes and technological innovations firsthand but also gained a comprehensive understanding of DME&JDE Group’s strategic layout, corporate culture, and operational characteristics of its various divisions through detailed explanations from the head of operations. This practical experience not only significantly enriched the students’ professional knowledge but also provided them with a deeper understanding of modern business management and industry trends, laying a solid foundation for their future career planning.
During the visit, Anna, the Operations Center Manager of DME&JDE Group, personally led the students through the production workshop, providing detailed explanations of the functions and operational processes of each production stage.
